Santa Rosa IT Connect was born from the natural evolution of a trusted name in local technology—Santa Rosa Computers, a longstanding brick-and-mortar computer store known for its dependable service and deep community roots. As the IT industry continues to rapidly shift toward more specialized and agile solutions, we made the strategic decision to separate the IT services and onsite support division from the retail operation. This move allows Santa Rosa IT Connect to grow independently, expand its capabilities, and better serve the diverse and evolving needs of both business and residential customers.

The transition was led by Kim Martin, who for many years successfully managed the onsite service department at Santa Rosa Computers. As senior partner, Kim now brings that same level of dedication, expertise, and leadership to Santa Rosa IT Connect—ensuring continuity, while also pushing forward with innovative solutions and a sharper focus on personalized IT support.
